When do I receive payment for my sales

When you receive payment

Payment is released when:

1. The buyer confirms receipt of the item, or
2. 14 days pass since the order status was "Shipped" without the buyer confirming (automatic confirmation).

Once released, the money arrives in your account within 24–48 business hours.

If there is an open dispute, the payout is frozen until resolution.
