My package has not arrived

What to do if your package has not arrived?

  1. Wait at least 7 business days from the shipping date.
  2. Check the tracking number on the carrier's website.
  3. If the tracking is not updating or shows an error, contact the carrier.
  4. If you cannot resolve it with the carrier, open a dispute from My orders.

Slabbed will investigate the case and, if the loss is confirmed, will refund the full amount.
