Item not as described
If the received item does not match the listing description:
- Do not confirm receipt yet.
- Open a dispute from My orders → I have a problem with my order.
- Select the reason "The item does not match the description".
- Upload clear photos of the received item.
- Our team will review the case and notify you of the resolution.
If the dispute is resolved in your favour, you will receive a full refund.
