What to do if the seller is not responding

  1. Send a message to the seller from the Messages section.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours.
  3. If the seller still does not respond after 48 hours, open a dispute from My orders.
  4. Our team will intervene and take the necessary steps, which may include cancelling the order and issuing a full refund.
